When will I get my order?
All of our products are made to order, meaning your blanket or gift is created just for you once your order is placed. For personalized designs, our team begins preparing your artwork within 24 hours.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated shipping time: 5–12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: shipping may take longer during the busy holiday season.
Where will my order ship from?
We partner with trusted production facilities across the United States, so your order will ship from a U.S.-based manufacturer.
Will my items ship together?
Not always. Items are made in different facilities, so your blanket or other gift may ship separately. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive more than one package — each with its own tracking number.
Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Gift messages are available for Fleece and Sherpa blankets, but not for woven blankets. At this time, we’re unable to offer gift wrapping since our products ship directly from our production partners. We understand how special it is to send a gift, and we’re working to make this option available in the future.
My order should be here by now. What should I do?
If your order seems delayed, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors.
- Ask your local post office if they’re holding your package.
- Check with neighbors in case it was left nearby.
If you still can’t find your package, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, if needed, and then email us at info@cottonwoodcozy.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to help.
How do I wash my woven blanket?
To keep your blanket soft and beautiful:
- Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle, no bleach
- Avoid washing with items that could snag.
- Tumble dry — low heat or air dry.
How do I wash my Sherpa or Minky blanket?
- Machine wash in cold or warm water using a gentle detergent.
- Tumble dry — low heat or air dry.
- No bleach or fabric softener.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have questions about tracking or shipping, contact us at info@cottonwoodcozy.com.
I received the wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
Please email us at info@cottonwoodcozy.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Photos of the item
- Your order number
- A short note describing the issue
We’ll take care of it quickly with a replacement or refund.
What’s your return policy?
Because our items are personalized and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges in most cases. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as expected, contact us, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If this applies to your order, please email info@cottonwoodcozy.com with photos and your order number — we’ll handle it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since orders go into production soon after they’re placed, we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes once production has started. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please double-check the sizing charts on each product page before placing your order.
If your item was mislabeled or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@cottonwoodcozy.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
