Due to the custom nature of our products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it. 

Once your blanket or personalized gift has been made with care, it usually arrives within 4–7 business days. However, orders placed during holidays may experience longer shipping times.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99+ in the continental USA.
For orders under $99 in the continental USA, we charge $5.95 flat rate shipping.

A Few Things to Know

1. Most orders arrive on time and reach their destination as expected. Occasionally, weather delays or incomplete addresses can slow things down, but we’re always here to help if that happens.
2. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow it home.
3. Please double-check your address. Include any apartment, unit, or floor number.
