Once your order comes in, our designers begin working on your custom design within 24 hours, and then it will be sent to our production team.

Standard Delivery and Processing

 Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Caden Lane has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states, "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information. 

**Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Personalized Items

All personalized items typically ship within 3-5 Business days. 

**Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $120+ in the continental USA.
For orders under $120 in the continental USA, we charge a flat rate of $5.95 for shipping.
