Standard Delivery and Processing

Sometimes packages run a little late, and while we can’t control carrier delays, we’re here to help! Delivery dates are estimates, and if your tracking says “Arriving Late,” we recommend checking with your carrier for the latest updates.

Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

A Few Things to Know

  1. Most orders arrive on time and reach their destination as expected. Occasionally, weather delays or incomplete addresses can slow things down, but we’re always here to help if that happens.
  2. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow it home.
  3. Please double-check your address. Include any apartment, unit, or floor number.

Personalized Items

All personalized items typically ship within 3-5 Business days. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99+ in the continental USA.
For orders under $99 in the continental USA, we charge $5.95 flat rate shipping. — Can not be combined with other promo codes.
