When will I get my order?

All of our products are made to order, meaning your
blanket or gift is created just for you once your order is placed. For
personalized designs, our team begins preparing your artwork within 24 hours.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated shipping time: 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays).

Please note: shipping may take longer during the busy holiday season.

Where will my order ship from?

We partner with trusted production facilities across the United States, so your order will ship from a U.S.-based manufacturer.

Will my items ship together?

Not
always. Items are made in different facilities, so your blanket or other
gift may ship separately. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive more than one package — each with its own tracking number.

Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?

Currently, we’re unable to include gift messages or wrapping
since our products ship directly from our production partners. We know how meaningful it is to send a gift—and we’re working to make this
possible in the future.
